JUNE 2015: ROUTINE FIRE SERVICE VISIT AT THE GRANGE

Wisbech Fire Service, local to The Grange Wind Farm, participated in a routine familiarisation event on site on Tuesday 30 June  2015 in line with RES' commitment to health and safety.

Those visiting were given a briefing on the hazards and risks associated with wind farm operations, including training on the various working at height PPE and safety procedures.  The Fire Service found the visit enjoyable and beneficial and requested a repeat for those not on duty that day.  

The next planned presence on site will take place from 10am on Monday 13 July 2015 and the induction will be led by RES’ Generation team.
